Welcome to the Nunez Community College TAACCCT

In association with the Nunez Business Technology Department and with
funding provided through the U.S. Department of Labor, Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College,
and the Career Training Grant Program three new limited admissions programs
are available, the Business Administration track; Entrepreneurship/Small
Business Management track; and the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism
Administration track. These new cohort centered programs will afford
accepted students with a few extra perks throughout their time in the
program. These new programs will begin in Fall 2013 with enrollment
limited to 50 students across the three tracks.

The Associate of Applied Sciences in Business Technology Program prepares
students for positions in business and industry by immersing students in
business theory and software. Students will leave the program ready for
positions that require proficiency in office technology as applied to
management, human resources, business math, bookkeeping, and other sustainable
business practices.
The four concentrations available are Accounting; Business Administration; Hotel, Restaurant,
and Tourism; and, Medical Office Management.
Accounting salaries range from $25,578 to $39,524, annually, while annual salaries
for Business Administrative professionals such as Office Managers as well as Executive
and Administrative Assistants range from $28,886 to $45,623.
Professionals in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism industry earn an average of
$18,313 to $85,759 annually.
Those in Medical Office Management typically earn between $41,739 and $74,123
annually.
The Business Certificate of Applied Science prepares students for entry-level
positions in business industries such as Accounting; Hotel, Restaurant, and
Tourism; Legal, Medical, and General Office Management; Computer Information
Systems; and/or Computer Technology.
