1/16/2018 Campus Closed January 16th
 Due to Inclement Weather, Nunez Community College Campus will be closed on January 16th at 3 p.m. and reopen at 8 a.m. on Thursday, January 18th.  Keep an eye on Social Media, the Nunez website and local news for any updates.

  Due to anticipated hazardous road conditions, Nunez Community College will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, January 17th-18th, and resume operations Friday, January 19th, at 8:00 a.m.

10/25/2017Five Awake Film Screening & Panel Discussion
 United Way of Louisiana and Chalmette Refining present a film screening of Five Awake with a panel discussion to follow on Wednesday, October 25 at 6:00 PM. The film profiles five Louisiana women who set out to change and strengthen domestic violence laws. 
10/26/2017Movie Night on the AST Lawn
  Our first movie night on the lawn will be Thursday,October 26 at 7:30 PM. We will be showing the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus! Bring your friends and family, and don't forget your blanket or chair!

 Applications for internal scholarships awarded by Nunez Community College are now open for Spring 2018. Go to https://nunez.awardspring.com/Home/Scholarships for details and to apply. Applications are due December 18, 2017.
10/12/2017Veterans & Military Members Priority Registration for Spring 2018
 

Nunez Community College will offer priority registration and registration assistance to veterans and active duty military members. New and returning students who are serving or have served in the armed forces are invited to register early for the spring 2018 semester and receive enrollment assistance on-campus. Registration assistance will be available in the College’s Student Success Center, located in the Art, Science, and Technology (AST) Building. 

· Thursday, October 12: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Nunez Community College will offer priority registration and registration assistance to veterans and active duty military members.
