LAMP Scholarships

Nunez Community College participates in the Louisiana Alliance for Minority Participation, through a LAMP grant that allows us to provide support for minority students interested in pursuing training and a career in the sciences, technology, mathematics or engineering.

Scholars Requirements:
(You may be eligible for a LAMP scholarship, if you meet the following qualifications)
 
ARE YOU:
African American
Hispanic
Native American

ENROLLED IN:
Computer Information Systems
General Science
Or, want a degree in Math or Engineering
 
DO YOU HAVE (must have both of the following):
Full-time student status
A 3.0 cumulative GPA

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR DEGREE:
Plan to attend a four year institution
