College students looking to earn quick credits before the end of the fall semester have more than 40 options to choose from during Nunez Community College’s Mini-Session B.
The ‘mini-mester’ begins Oct. 11 with the last day of final exams scheduled for Dec. 6. Modes of instruction include traditional in-person lectures and labs, but more than half of the available courses will be delivered online.
Registration is open now at Nunez.edu. Seats are filling, but space remains in courses like General Biology II, Human Anatomy & Physiology II (both lecture and lab), English Composition I and II, World Regional Geography, Elements of Physical Geography, Medical Terminology I, Survey of Microcomputer Applications, College Algebra, Medical Typing and Intro to Psychology.
Multiple courses are also available for career-technical programs like Emergency Medical Services and Welding.
